Founder
Lou Marchetti
Lou Marchetti is a husband, father, and founder of The Vitality Project.
After years of chasing the "All-American" dream, a health scare and job loss brought him to a full stop and, ultimately, a breakthrough. Out of that journey came The Vitality Project - an invitation for others to pause, reflect, and rediscover their own vitality.
A former UNC football player and Wharton MBA, Lou spent more than a decade investing with Vista Equity Partners, served on U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice's Policy Planning Staff, and helped raise millions of dollars to fight Cystic Fibrosis.
These days, he values time with family, friends and the ongoing chance to live, and help others live, with greater vitality.
